Atlantic Swiss Agency fulfils the role as the Client’s Operations Manager, helping to appoint and organise the key professionals and strategies to support their business. This includes coordinating between the client’s daily business and personal life operations and administration, including structural planning for pre-contracted work through to the client end use of funds in the most efficient process possible with detailed cash flow management. This includes implementing business strategies based on financial projections and optimising the clients’ operational capabilities and profitability.
We help coordinate the way income reaches the client by
Structuring cash flow projections with data from the Client’s Accountants, Book Keepers, Lawyers and Agents enabling us to create a detailed ‘financial map’ via our data modelling.
With the ‘financial map,’ we assess what income is required, where, when, and in which currency to ensure the most efficient placement to cover financial commitments and goals.
Before the contract is finalised we work with the Agent and Lawyer to make sure the contract is signed to the most efficient entity based on our financial modelling and ‘financial map’.

Business Income Coordination
As Operation Manager for a client, one of our key roles is coordinating the income and burn-rate of capital. By assessing the day-to-day cashflow needs for the client, we are able to add projected income to produce short and long-term financial models.
This allows us to advise the client when they can or cannot afford an acquisition, or help coordinate finances to achieve a specific goal.
We have international fiscal modelling tools that we have created over 25 years, which help coordinate what income is most effectively contracted where; which currency is required; which entity to run the income through; and the most effective way to extract income.
Sports, Media & Entertainment
For 25 years Atlantic Swiss has acted as Business Managers and Operations Manager for clients who require a sophisticated approach to coordinating all the aspects of running an efficient business with detailed financial reporting and strategic planning.
We help clients create the formal infrastructure and integration with any creative project development. In addition to this, we often are approached with creative projects that are looking to partner with an Artist. We assist with the negotiation process of these introduced projects.
Artists often have ideas of their own. In this instance, we also help the R&D stage of a project, from inception of the idea through to funding and launch.
As Artist Operations Management we help clients structure these projects to insure that they have the security of knowing the legal, accounting and business processes and reporting are as efficiently arranged as possible. Effectively, our clients are the CEO of their business, but often are unfamiliar of the framework, processes and functions required to run and own a business. With our support and advice, we act as a COO to set-up and run the operations.
The Atlantic Swiss Group has the option to ‘White Label’ its services. Our core services in UK Financial Services, Mortgage Broking, Family Office, and Offshore Financial Management Services, give us the opportunity to provide the back-office and regulated infrastructure for a partner to brand the service as their own Family Office.
This allows an exclusive Family Office to have all the benefits of running their own investments and family office services, but with the complexity of the processes ‘Powered By’ Atlantic Swiss. Critically, they would own their own Family Business without all the overheads of and capital required to launch from zero.
